The Self-Doubt Project
Issue #10 – You’re Allowed to Start Over
Opening Reflection
Sometimes we stay in situations that no longer fit us simply because we’ve already invested so much time into them.
It can even be comfort that is keeping us there; we’d rather stick with what we know than to venture into the unknown.
But staying stuck doesn’t honor your past — it delays your future.
This Week’s Insight
Starting over can feel embarrassing.
But it can also be freeing.
Changing directions doesn’t mean you failed.
It means you’re learning more about who you are.
Don’t fix your mindset to say, “I’m set in my ways.” You have the power to make the necessary changes.
The Practice
Ask yourself:
“If fear and judgment weren’t factors, what would I change right now?”
Write your answer honestly.
Perspective
It’s never too late to become someone new.
Closing Note
We hear people talk about how old they are and how starting a new chapter isn’t an option.
Greatness has no timeframe. It doesn’t care about age; action is all that matters!
Growth sometimes looks like beginning again — wiser this time.
